I was introduced to this meal in 1994 while I was working in a 5-star Hotel. The masseur at the Fitness Centre there was trying to get on my good side at the time. Ok, they bribed me. I didn't mind at all. This meal is delicious. Minced meat, deep fried anchovies, deep fried onions, mushroom, funghi, delicious combo of local vegetables, wheat flour flattened dough in a hot clear soup..eat with the hot chilli 'padi'..amazing!!!!
