But Ramadan helps me to find solitude and spiritual self healing
With whats happening in Gaza and other unfortunate souls, fasting somehow gives me clarity on a lot of things.
So during iftar, I managed not to over eat like previous years. During sahur, I could only take some cereals. No appetite for anything else at 4:30am.
